      I am pleased to offer you a FREE telephone consultation before you make a decision about embarking on a nutrition and health programme. This will give you the opportunity to find out more about me and how I work, and me the chance to explore the kind of help and support you might need, and the best programme to achieve this.

      Please note that consultations cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged at 50% of the consultation fee if the slot cannot be filled. If cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, 100% of the fee will apply.
